The College reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student found guilty of indisipline/Non-Payment of dues.
Subject Wise 75% attendence is compulsary for all students as per the university norms.
Students are required to submit the affidavit printed on the back of the admission form duly signed and completed on the prescribed stamp paper.
Students are required to submit the declaration signed by their parents/guardians.
Applicants facing criminal proceddings shall not be granted admission to the college. The College shall also suspend students involved in any criminal or anti-social activity for the time the students faces the proceddings.
Any person indicated by a court of law for any crime, anti-social activity, corruption or under any section of indian Penal Code shall not be granted admission to the college & the same shall be cancelled.
Applicants/Students facing a judical/criminal case in a court of law and who are free on bail shall be granted admission only after the matter has been resloved and they have been acquitted by the court.
Any person who seeks admission by misrepresentation, fraud/false/fale certificates shall face cancellation of application/admission besides filing of criminal proceedimgs against him/her.
Any applicant who has been penalized by the University or any of its affiliated graduate or postgraduate colleges shall not be granted admission to the college.
Numbers of admissions to all the programmes shall be based on the availability of the number of lactures & other facilities.
The decision of the screening committee to grant or reject admission to any applicant shall be final.
Regular students of the college who because of illness or any other medical reasons (found to be genuine by the college)are unable to appear for the examinations shall be granted admission to the same class next year.
Applicants shall not be granted admission to the college in case there is a gap of more than eight years after passing Intermidiate or 10 + 2.
Students of other graduate colleges affiliated to Kumaun University who wish to seek admission to this college shall be required to submit a transfer certificate issued by the Principal.
All students shall be issued identity Cards by the college and it shall be compulsory for all students to carry the same with them in college campus. In case of loss of Identity card. a duplicate shall be issued at an extra charge of the prescribed fee.
